Jamie Bourke is a highly experienced property professional with more than four decades at the forefront of South East Queensland’s real estate industry. His career spans agency, investment, and property development, shaped by a deep understanding of market dynamics, disciplined execution, and a consistent commitment to quality.
Beginning an agency in 1986 on the southern Gold Coast, Jamie developed a sharp insight into client wants and behaviour, transaction strategy, and value creation. This frontline experience became the foundation for his evolution into a portfolio owner and property developer, where insight gained from representing all sides of the market informs a strategic, design-led approach.
Over the course of his career, Jamie has been involved in the delivery of commercial and prestige property projects across residential, retail, health, and commercial sectors. His work is characterised by strong commercial fundamentals, architectural integrity, and a focus on performance and longevity across market cycles.
